この度、当事務所の弁理士 佐藤高弘が、税関における知的財産侵害物品の水際取締りに関する専門委員の候補として選定されました。

税関の専門委員制度は、知的財産に関する高度な専門知識および実務経験を有する専門家が、税関に対して助言等を行う制度です。
今回の選定は、特許・商標等の権利化業務に加え、模倣品・侵害物品対策、とりわけ税関における輸入差止手続に関する実務経験が評価されたものと受け止めております。
